At 1548, Sussex EOC alerted Milton, Lewes (82) Georgetown (77) and Sussex County EMS for an outbuilding on fire in the Lazy Lake development. 85-8 responded and arrived in three minutes to find a 20 x 40 outbuilding with light smoke from the eves. Engine 85-3 and Engine 82-1 arrived and were assigned the 1st and 2nd due engine assignments. Crews ran the 400' line to the building and found a small fire in the workshop. Crews extinguished the visible fire, completed searches, and ventilated the structure. The scene was eventually scaled back to the 85 units and 82-1.
