Just prior to 2200 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Station 85, Lewes (82), Rehoboth (86), Memorial EMS (89) and County ALS for a residential structure fire on Cripple Creek Dr. in Cripple Creek. Portable 82 (Esposito) arrived on scene with nothing evident. After conferring with the owner, Portable 82 advised a possible chimney fire with no extension. Engine 82-2 arrived first taking the first due engine assignment. 85-8 arrived and Chief Hopkins assumed Command. Units from Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth mitigated the fire in the chimney and ventilated the structure. Command placed the situation under control and cleared all units. Units on scene, Engine-Tanker 85-2, Engines 82-2, 82-9, 86-3, Ladder 85, A-89, Medic 111, FM-20, DSFP.
