Just as members were turning in for the night, Sussex EOC alerted Lewes (82), Indian River (80), Station 85 and Rehoboth (86) for a structure fire in the Woodbridge Development in Cool Spring. 82 Command arrived to find a residential home with smoke showing and a possible basement fire. Engine 80-3 arrived as the first due engine and began extinguishment of the fire. Engine-Tanker 85-2 arrived next and assisted 80-3s crew. Ladder 85 arrived 4th due as the first due special and completed that assignment. Additional crews from Lewes and Rehoboth arrived and staged in the manpower pool. Crews on scene made quick work of the fire and 82 Command scaled the incident back rather quickly.
