On Tuesday afternoon Feb. 28, 2012 at 1:20 P.M. The Milton,Lewes,Slaughter Beach,Ellendale Fire Departments and Sussex County Paramedic unit 104 Were dispatched for a working structure fire on S.Bayshore Drive Boadkill Beach.Upon arrival of the State Fire Marshall, Advising the Sussex County EOC of a loft type house completely involved . With this report the first arriving engine & tanker from milton went into service with 2 hose lines assisted by members of the Lewes Fire Dept..The remaining units were staged along S.Bay Shore Drive.The fire was placed under control at 13:50.Units operated under the direction of Safety 85 Dennis Hughes.
