It is with great regret that the Milton Fire Department announce the passing of Past Safety Officer Jerry “Reds” Kiser.

Jerry faithfully served the Milton Fire Department and previously Kennett Fire Company where he served as Fire Chief. Jerry was very dedicated to service and community. Jerry has been a top responder for multiple years and excelled in managing our fire prevention program.

We extend our deepest sympathies to Chief Kiser’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. His leadership, guidance, and friendship will be remembered by all who had the privilege to serve with him.

The Milton Fire Department is grateful for Chief Kiser’s many contributions, and his legacy will continue to inspire future generations of firefighters.
