Just after returning to the Milton local from a coverup in Georgetown, Engine-Tanker 85-2 along with the rest of the department were alerted for a MVC on Cedar Creek Rd. in the area of Jefferson Crossroads. 85-18, who was in the area arrived to find a single vehicle off the roadway with a single occupant refusing to exit the vehicle for the Trooper who was already on scene. Engine-Tanker 2 arrived a minute later and was tasked with "popping" the driver door to allow access to the occupant. Once this was completed, Troopers made access to the vehicle and placed the subject in custody. No injuries were reported. 85 units cleared and turned the scene over to DSP. Asst.
