At 0406, Sussex EOC alerted Station 85 and SCEMS Medic 104 for a MVC with rollover on Coastal Hwy & Paynter Rd. 85-11 responded with Lieutenant Millman (85-24) as duty officer. Lt. Millman arrived to find a single vehicle had left the roadway and rolled over in a grassy area on the shoulder, and assumed Coastay Hwy. Command. Command confirmed two patients, both out of the vehicle. A-85 arrived and assessed both patients while Engine 85-5 secured the vehicle. A-85 and Medic 104 obtained one refusal and transported one to MMH. Command placed the situation under control and returned all units.
