Just after 1800 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Station 85 for a MVC with injuries at the intersection of Harbeson Rd. and Forest Rd. EMS Chief Millman was in the area and responded to the scene. While responding, Sussex advised of possibly two patients and alerted Mid Sussex (Sta. 91) for an additional ambulance. EMS Chief Millman arrived to find two vehicles off the roadway with an off duty EMT on scene tending to two minor patients. B-85 and B-91 arrived and began patient care. Engine 5 arrived and was assigned to assist EMS and check the vehicles. Command arrived and EMS Chief Millman passed command to Chief Harvey. Units secured the vehicles and assisted with packaging patients. B-85 and B-91 both transported patients to Beebe. Command cleared all units.
