Around 1530, Sussex EOC alerted Station 85 and Medic 106 for a MVC on Harbeson Rd. just north of Martin Farm Rd.  85-8 responded under the direction of Lt. Millman.  While responding, Sussex EOC advised a single vehicle roll over with possibly one subject trapped.  Lt. Matt Hilligoss (85-25) arrived on scene POV shortly after dispatch and confirmed no entrapment and assumed Command.  85-8 and A-85 arrived and assessed a single patient who ended up refusing.  Engine-Tanker 2, and Rescue 85 secured the vehicle and removed debris from the roadway.  Lt. Hilligoss placed the scene under control and cleared all units when ready, holding fire police to assist DSP.
