At 0824 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Station 85 for a MVC at the above address. 85 Command and Engine 85-4 responded within three minutes. Both units arrived to find a two vehicle MVC with two patients. Asst. Chief Carey (85-19) established Command. A-85 arrived next and triaged patients. Command requested an additional ambulance from Station 82, bringing A-78 to the scene. Rescue 85 and Engine 3 arrived next and assisted crews with securing the vehicles and cleaning debris. A-85 and A-78 both transported patients to Beebe. Command placed the scene under control and cleared all units. Fire police assisted DSP with traffic control throughout the incident.
