At 0317, Station 85 was alerted for a MVC unknown on Coastal Highway in the area of Deep Branch Rd. Captain Reynolds responded in 85 Command. Sussex advised the RP advised that a vehicle had crashed in front of their home, that no one had exited the vehicle and the horn was blowing. Captain Reynolds arrived on scene at 0324 to find a vehicle that had rolled over several times with a patient out of the vehicle laying on the ground. B-85 arrived next and began patient care. Engine 4 arrived and the crew was split, half to secure the vehicle and the second half to assist the BLS crew. Crews remained on scene until 0339 assisting the EMS crew and cleaning up debris.
