Just prior to 0630 hours, Sussex EOC alerted Station85 for a wash down as a result of a PD MVC at the above location. Engine 85-4 arrived on scene with Assist Chief Hopkins (16) assuming Command. Crews secured two vehicles and removed debris and fluids from the roadway. Command placed the situation under control holding the Engine and Fire Police for traffic control. Just as units were clearing this run, a second emergency was dispatched for an AFA in Broadkill Beach.
